Yellow teeth :(?

I don%26#039;t know why but my teeth seem really yellow. When i was younger i used to only brush them once a day, but as i got much older i brush them twice a day as usual. But they look quite yellow, and i keep them in good condition. I%26#039;m only 13 so i can%26#039;t have my teeth whitened i don%26#039;t think. So i don%26#039;t know what to do. I could use teeth whitening stuff, but i don%26#039;t know what to use.


Any idea%26#039;s.. ? Btw, I live in England

Whiting toothpaste should help you out. Avoid grape juice, coffee, tea, and other foods which stain.
Reply:Dont use any teeth whitening formulas available commercially, if you do than you need to use it continuously if not your teeth will be more horrible than before.





there is a very simple and effective solution for this and you can find it in your kitchen. take a little bit of baking soda, (if you are not very sensitive you can add three drops of lemon) and rub your teeth with it and than gargle properly thats it . it is proven method





one word of caution , i dont know, but a a precaution, use a little bit to test whether you have no allergy to it.
Reply:You are not too young to start using natural whitening products. If you drink a lot of caffeinated drinks (tea, coffee, soda) your teeth will become stained. As they will w/smoking. Brush once daily with baking soda and peroxide. This is a great natural whitening agent. Good luck.
Reply:hi i live in england aswell and suffered the same problem. are yu a smoker?? if you are that might be the reason. i also suggest that you cut down or stop completely on fizzy drinks. brush in the monring and before you go to bed using colgate tooth whitening (youve probably saw it advertised on tv) and use listerine 6 in 1 mouth wash(purple one) a battry toothbrush seems to work better and brushin in up and down motions on the teeth instead of side to side hope this was help=]
