Yellow teeth?

My teeth are so yellow even after i brush because of all the stains on them. What is a good at home treatment for them?

I started using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to whiten my teeth. I dip my toothbrush in the baking soda and then add two drops of hydrogen peroxide and brush for a minute or two. You should only do it once a week. In my opinion it works better than whiteners and is a lot cheaper
Reply:I know this probably sounds gross but gargle Hydrogen Peroxide, honestly is doesn%26#039;t taste that bad and it also helps with cold sores and other mouth sores. But it will help whiten your teeth. Also you can buy whitening stripes they help but are so expensive that I would stick with the Peroxide. Hope this helps... I use it and so do many of my friends!!
Reply:salt... gargle water with salt... or brush your teeth using salt.once in a while!. it can even make your teeth more strong that toothpaste!

Reply:make sure you brush them properly, get all the plaque off - not too rough or it will damage the gum...





i used to have yellow teeth - but now i brush them so much better - im 16 - no cavities
