Yellow teeth?

Well im 14 nealy 15 and ive had yellow teeth for years. since my milk teeth feel out i have it a month and then they become yellow. i brush them each day for up to a hour! and then another 3 minutes each time. can anyone give me any ideas to make them better?

Brushing your teeth for an hour may not be healthy for your gums. You can try raw baking soda. I keep a baggy with baking soda in the bathroom. Take fresh baking soda wet your tooth brush and dip it in the baggy. Then brush your teeth. You can do this after a normal 5 min brushing. It may not taste good, but boy does it work off those yellow stains. You will see great results in a week if you do this every day. It is worth the taste and is very inexpensive, any baking soda brand will do. I use Arm %26amp; Hammer.

It sounds like you might have obsessive compulsive disorder and your teeth are probably not as yellow as you might think they are. You should have your parents speak to your pediatrician about this.
Reply:hey im 14 and i got my braces off in 6th grade. My teeth were a little yellow, but i didnt want to use whitening strips. So i started useing Tom%26#039;s( thats the name of the toothpaste, its not a person XD) toothpaste. It really works. Later used whitestrips to make them even whiter. If you can, get the 7 day whitening strips from crest.

when you brush your teeth for that long, your tooth enamel will disappear, so you will have a bigger chance of getting a tooth decay. brush your teeth only for about 2-3 minutes, 2 times a day!!!





another possibility is that when you were smaller, you swallowed the toothpaste containing fluoride. this causes white stains on your teeth, or sometimes yellow teeth.
